Export Project to PowerPoint

Export all of your studies from a single project into a PowerPoint document. Then, if necessary, convert to a Word document or PDF.

1. Click on the Export button in the top-right corner.

2. In the modal you can

a. select and deselect which studies you want in your PowerPoint export, and

b. reorder your studies to set the order they will appear in your PowerPoint export.

4. Click the "Export # Studies" button, where # is the number of studies you have selected.

5. The download preparation will start automatically and you'll see a status at the top. You can minimize this bar to get more space, using the x in the top right. You can continue working in EngineRoom or switch to a new tab while the export generates.

6. The PowerPoint will download automatically when it is complete.

Converting a PowerPoint to Word Document

To convert the exported PowerPoint to a Word doc for documentation or addendum purposes:

1. In PowerPoint, click File.
2. Click Export.
3. Stay on Create PDF/XPS Document and click "Create PDF/XPS".
4. Open this document in Word.
