How to Receive Support

You can ask questions about course content or your account, report an issue, or even provide feedback, by submitting support tickets.

Click on the "Help" icon in the upper-right corner, select one of the options, and write your question in the space provided:

You can also navigate to the support menu from the user account icon to the left of the Help icon, then click "Support":

Choose a topic for your support ticket, and describe it in the "Comment" section. If you have screenshots or other files relevant to your request, you can attach them by clicking "Choose File."

If you have questions about MoreSteam's products, services, or materials, you can submit them through our contact form, which can be accessed by clicking "Contact" in the top right of the MoreSteam homepage:
