As the Senior Director of Performance Excellence, Paul is focused on improving the patient experience and operations throughout Dignity Health using Lean/Six Sigma methodology, service design and project management. His background is in hospital operations, human resources and staff development. Prior to Dignity Health, he served in leadership roles with Mercy Medical Center.

Paul holds an MBA in Organizational Development & Human Resource Management from California Intercontinental University and a BA from The Ohio State University.
