Marti Beltz, psychologist and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, has over twenty years of experience in quality, specializing in integrating human factors, process analysis, and outcomes measurement. She is an independent healthcare operational excellence consultant to a number of large healthcare institutions, serving as a Strategic Expert and Executive Sensei. She has also served as a Baldrige Examiner and Judge for several hospital quality award programs. Marti has been contracted as an author, curriculum developer, journal contributor, conference presenter, and course instructor for the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
