Webcast: A Can't Miss Model for Coaching: Putting a Framework behind the Soft Stuff
Sheryl Vogt - Vogt Consulting
Maria Fry - Strategic Quality Solutions
What makes some project coaches great, some good, and some just mediocre? It's a combination of talent and structure. Even the greatest sports coaches of all time wouldn't have had the success that they did, if their organizations did not support their methods for success.
Much attention has been directed towards reducing training instructor variability but less attention has been given to where business results are delivered — at the project coaching phase. If you want to make sure that new projects are successfully launched, monitored and results delivered, then you need to ensure that each and every one of your coaches is equipped for success, with the same team playbook. A playbook provides a structured framework for individual coaches to provide a consistently high quality experience for all Belts.
In this session, the following key points will be covered:
- Different approaches to coaching
- Sample coaching templates to support Blended Learning
- Questions good coaches ask
- Elements of a good coaching session
- Red flags that can be identified during coaching sessions
