Change is the heart of Lean Six Sigma, it beats relentlessly. The lifeblood of change is communication, regardless if the methodology is Lean, Six Sigma or DFSS.
Change is hard. Reviews of change efforts almost always list a lack of effective communication as one of their key failings. MIT, Harvard and others rate successful change at about 33%. Why is this so when our methodologies and practitioners have so much experience?
