Ken Robinette
Vice President of Business Development
Ken Robinette is the Vice President of Business Development at MoreSteam, where he is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive both business performance and customer success. Since joining MoreSteam in 2023, Ken has focused on expanding the company’s reach while helping organizations translate Operational Excellence from a training initiative into a leadership-driven system for sustained results.
Ken is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with more than 30 years of business experience across sales, design, production management, and process improvement, with over 18 years in the healthcare industry. Prior to MoreSteam, he held leadership roles at Cardinal Health and Scapa Healthcare, where he led Operational Excellence and transformation efforts in complex, regulated environments. His work consistently focused on aligning strategy, leadership behavior, and execution discipline to drive measurable business outcomes.
A seasoned practitioner and executive coach, Ken has developed and mentored hundreds of Lean Six Sigma practitioners and worked closely with senior leaders to build scalable improvement systems. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, trained through George Group, and also trained in the Danaher Business System through Shingijutsu Kaizen Institute, and certified in Six Sigma by General Electric. These experiences shaped his practical, results-oriented approach to Operational Excellence. Most notably, Ken currently coaches professionals pursuing a Master of Business Operational Excellence (MBOE) at The Ohio State University.
Ken is a sought-after speaker on executive transformation, having presented at the Lean Six Sigma World Conference, Lean Enterprise Institute events, Healthcare Value Leaders forums, and other industry conferences. His sessions challenge leaders to rethink how improvement work is led, emphasizing that sustainable transformation depends less on tools and more on how leaders think, prioritize, and make decisions.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Technology from Kent State University and an MBA in Operations Management and Quality from Illinois Institute of Technology.
