Jennifer Adams is a Software Developer at MoreSteam, where she helps build and maintain the digital experiences that support MoreSteam’s courses, products, and continuous improvement resources. Her work includes front-end development, CMS-powered web pages, interactive site elements, SEO-focused improvements, analytics implementation, and user-facing tools across MoreSteam’s marketing, learning, and product platforms.
Jennifer brings a unique blend of technical, creative, and educational experience to her role. Before joining MoreSteam in 2022, she taught Digital Photography and Photoshop at Columbus State Community College for 13 years, where she helped students build practical skills in creative technology and visual communication. She also owned and operated a photography business for more than a decade, developing expertise in client service, storytelling, branding, and small business operations.
After completing the We Can Code IT bootcamp and earning her software development certificate, Jennifer transitioned into web development, bringing with her a strong foundation in design thinking, communication, and teaching. At MoreSteam, she applies that background to create accessible, useful, and well-structured digital experiences that help learners and organizations engage with Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and process improvement content.
Jennifer is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and holds a B.F.A. in Still Based Media Studies from Columbus College of Art and Design.
