Anheuser-Busch InBev: Continuous Improvement Community

Lauren Pincus, Global Director, Continuous Improvement — AB InBev

Since 2010, AB InBev has built a strong foundation in problem‐solving methodology. The company's continuous improvement strategy has evolved, in the past two years, to provide belts with formal program training and support. The focus has been placed on fewer, more impactful projects and to develop a community, leveraging AB InBev's 3,000 employees who are trained in higher level Lean Six Sigma methods to engage their analytical skills and provide value to the business.

Join Lauren Pincus for a discussion on how AB InBev supports and expands their Lean Six Sigma belt community to embed a problem‐solving mindset across the business and solve problems using lean six sigma methodology.

In this session, the following key points will be covered:

  • Background and Structure of the Business Connections Team
  • Belts Community Model
  • Tools and Strategy to Engage Belts During and After Certification
  • Program Results
