Bill and Emmanuel shared their insights on how AI is introducing a novel approach to leveraging tools in our process improvement toolkit, with a special focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). The discussion explored various AI-related topics, like enhancing problem statements on project charters and streamlining data pre-processing and root cause discovery. Bill and Emmanuel then discussed how AI can improve affinitization sessions post-brainstorming and strengthen our change management approach.
