I completed my course but I do not see my certificate of completion at the end of the course.

To complete the course, you must complete all the skill check questions. You may have skipped a question if you are at the end of the course and do not see your certificate. Click on "My Account > Dashboard" in the left‐hand menu within the training to see a table with your skill check results. Any unanswered questions will be noted in the table. To answer the remaining questions, launch that session skill check again and click "Next" until you get to the skipped question. Once you have answered these questions, you will be able to retrieve your certificate of completion from the "course completion" page.

Why can't I find my enrollment email?

If you can't find your enrollment email, first check our spam/junk folders. If you then continue to have trouble locating it, reach out to support@moresteam.com.

If you can't find your reset password email, first check our spam/junk folders. If you still do not find it, try allowing moresteam.com as a safe sender in your email client and then start the reset password process again.

What's the difference between receiving a certificate vs. getting certified?

After completing relevant coursework, a participant can download a certificate of completion that shows the coursework was completed. Becoming certified as a Green Belt or Black Belt through MoreSteam entails a few additional requirements, including successful completion of a Lean Six Sigma project and passing an associated exam after the completion of the coursework.

How can I change my name on my account?

If you need to change your name, email address, or any other personal information on your account, you can reach out to support@moresteam.com. We will be more than glad to update that information for you.

I ran out of time! What are my options?

If you need more time to complete your training, we offer short extensions as a courtesy, as well as the option to renew. You can email support@moresteam.com for a one-time 60 day extension. If you'd like to renew for 6 months or a full year, you can reach out to hello@moresteam.com for more information.
