Large organizations have limitless opportunities to leverage Lean Six Sigma in improving the cost, quality, speed, and safety of their processes. Large organizations also have qualities that inherently make a successful deployment challenging to implement, grow, and maintain.
This session highlights the common issues encountered in large deployments and provide strategies and examples of what different organizations have done to address them. No matter what the size of the deployment, the issues and lessons learned discussed can help avoid pitfalls and improve the effectiveness of any organization's Lean Six Sigma efforts.

Prior to leading Collaborative Lean Solutions, Whitney served as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Cardinal Health, where she was the deployment lead for the corporate shared services functions. In addition to her deployment leadership responsibilities, Whitney also led Cardinal Health's Operational Center for Excellence, which is focused on the training, governance, and communications strategies for the Cardinal Health deployment.
Whitney received an MBA from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies as well as a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Whitney has also achieved her Black Belt and Master Black Belt certifications.
