All of our online Lean Six Sigma DMAIC courses are available in customized Health Care, Service and Financial Services "flavors". In each case, the base curriculum is the same, but the context of the materials varies. The Health Care version has examples and practice exercises which are presented within a general health care context so that health care professionals can better relate Lean Six Sigma to their environment. The Service version includes examples and practice exercises from a broad range of transactional settings. Likewise, the examples and practice exercises in the Financial Services version are drawn from throughout a general financial services environment.
To select the Health Care, Service, or Financial Services option, enroll in the course of your choice, then you will make a selection between the default version and the customized version of your choice during the online registration process.
