Participants in the online Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course may apply for Black Belt certification based upon: successful completion of the course of study, a passing score on the comprehensive final exam, detailed review of two successful Lean Six Sigma improvement projects, and an oral defense of the project work. This certification process complies with the Center of Operational Excellence Black Belt Standard.

Upon award of the certification, a signed certificate suitable for framing will be provided. Please note: there is no guarantee of certification, and the certification process is only available to MoreSteam students.
