| This course is designed to provide a broad understanding of the Six Sigma improvement methodology, concepts, and language. The course is targeted at team members who need to develop a general awareness of Six Sigma: what it is, why it matters, what makes it successful. Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control methodology is presented with case studies and examples drawn from Service, Business Process, and Manufacturing applications. The integration of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is also addressed. With a heavy practice orientation, as much as 1/3 of your time will be spent working through interactive practice exercises and online assessments. Course duration is 60 days.
