| Online Lean Six Sigma training using the D-M-A-I-C methodology with integrated Lean tools and techniques. This instructor-supported course covers the complete Lean Six Sigma Black Belt body of knowledge, with all content available online in an asynchronous format. Includes Lean Enterprise topics such as value stream mapping, continuous flow, line balancing, and others. Numerous case studies and examples focus on Service, Business Process, and Manufacturing applications.
This course is designed to support the included EngineRoom data analysis software, which is available for the English (U.S.) version ONLY, for Excel XP/2003 and Excel 2007. EngineRoom is not tested on Apple Mac computers. Course versions supporting other software packages (Minitab, JMP) are also available through the Course Catalog (the software must be purchased separately). With a heavy practice orientation, as much as 1/2 of your time will be spent working through interactive practice exercises and online assessments. Green Belt is NOT a prerequisite. Course access period is 365 days.
