| On-Line Lean Six Sigma training using the D-M-A-I-C methodology with integrated Lean tools and techniques. This instructor-supported course covers the complete Lean Six Sigma Black Belt body of knowledge, with all content available online in an asynchronous format. Lean enterprise topics include value stream mapping, continuous flow, line balancing, quick changeover, and others. Numerous case studies and examples focus on Service, Business Process, and Manufacturing applications. The Design of Experiments module uses Design-Ease software from Stat-Ease, a user-friendly alternative for the design and analysis of experiments, and also includes downloadable Excel templates (a Minitab version is also available through the course catalog). With a heavy practice orientation, as much as 1/2 of your time will be spent working through interactive practice exercises and online assessments. Green Belt is NOT a prerequisite. Course access period is 365 days.
