| This course is designed to provide a broad understanding of the Lean Six Sigma improvement methodology, concepts, and language in support of Champion activities. This course provides an overview of the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control process, including a group of basic problem-solving tools used for project selection and project management, as well as guidance on leading teams and leading change. The Six Sigma Champion course is comprised of three sessions, with lessons on specific topics within each session. With a heavy practice orientation, much your time will be spent working through interactive practice exercises and online assessments. Course duration is 120 days.
