TRACtion ® Feature Tour - Organize & Share Your Project Information

With MoreSteam.com's TRACtion, you can view projects at the Summary or Phase Levels or can choose to drill down into project specifics.

TRACtion’s Project Summary not only allows team members, Belts, Process Owners and Champions to share vital information on demand, it provides team leaders with guidance on project activities and direct links to MoreSteam.com’s world-class e-Learning modules. TRACtion takes “just-in-time” learning to a whole new level.

Project Summary View

TRACtion’s Project Summary provides a single-page view of a project’s status. TRACtion automatically carries over basic project statistics and financials from the Project Charter and Financial pages. The Summary identifies the current phase, answered questions, completed tasks and overall progress.

Phase Summary View

With a single mouse click, you can drill down to a Phase Summary to see completed tasks, answered questions and key insights. TRACtion uses a critical question approach to provide the project leader with guidenace on next steps. TRACtion populates each phase with pre-defined tasks, and Belts have the ability to add custom tasks specific to their project.

Critical Question Summary View

In TRACtion, project leaders must answer the critical phase questions in the Critical Question Summary. They share the detailed project information by uploading images and files and providing an explanation to communicate their key findings. This summary view contains relevant links to MoreSteam.com’s e-Learning to help Belts determine the most appropriate tools to use in each phase.

With these TRACtion features, Belts will no longer consider using a project tracking system a non-value added activity.
