Bill Hathaway, President / CEO
MoreSteam.com is the brainchild of Bill Hathaway. Prior to founding MoreSteam in 2000, Bill spent 13 years in manufacturing, quality and operations management. After 10 years at Ford Motor Co., Hathaway then held executive level operations positions with Raytheon at Amana Home Appliances, and with Mansfield Plumbing Products.
Bill earned an undergraduate finance degree from the University of Notre Dame and graduate degree in business finance and operations from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Tim Kelley, Executive Vice President
Tim Kelley is responsible for MoreSteam's business and organizational development efforts, as well as its legal matters. Tim joined MoreSteam.com in January, 2005 and serves as its Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Tim started his career as a manufacturing engineer in General Electric's Aircraft Engine Group before working for 17 years as a patent attorney and partner at the firm of Michael, Best & Friedrich in Milwaukee, WI.
Tim earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a JD (cum laude) from Marquette University.
Chris Paret, VP of Sales
Chris Paret ("Pa-RAY") drives our sales efforts, working with customers and prospects to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded. Chris joined MoreSteam in August of 2008. Prior to that, he spent over seven years with Minitab Inc as the Senior Lean Six Sigma Business Development Coordinator managing Minitab's relationship with the leading Lean Six Sigma consulting and e-Learning providers. His previous experience involved implementing technology solutions for the transportation, distribution, and 3rd party logistics industries.
Chris was trained as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2001 and has an undergraduate degree in Business Logistics from Penn State.
Larry Goldman, VP of Marketing
Since the fall of 2008, Larry Goldman has fueled the MoreSteam marketing machine. Larry's experience in the software industry spans over 17 years, including stints in development, training, product marketing, demand generation, and Internet marketing. For the 11 years prior to MoreSteam, Larry worked for Decisioneering (now Oracle) on Crystal Ball® software, starting in the engineering group and ending as the head of marketing.
Larry earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2006. He graduated with a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.S. from the University of Cincinnati. Larry directs all operations at the MoreSteam Mountain office in Denver, Colorado.
Kathy Miller, Director of Customer Solutions
Kathy Miller works tirelessly to promote process improvement tools and techniques and heads up MoreSteam's European sales efforts. Kathy joined MoreSteam in June 2007 as the Director of Sales. Prior to that, she worked as a program Developer at the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and in training-related roles in companies related to the food-business, including Johnsonville Sausage and Whole Foods Market.
Kathy earned her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in 2006. She earned her a B.A. from University of Wisconsin, Madison and an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
