I can't play the audio. I can't play the audio slide shows.

	MoreSteam.com uses a Java-based media technology. You must enable your browser (Internet Explorer) to read Java, which is a programming language.
	On your top toolbar, select "Tools" then "Internet Options" then "Advanced."
	Scroll down and check all the boxes under "Microsoft VM."

I can't hear the audio.

	Your computer must have a sound card and speakers in order to hear the audio.
	Make sure you have a sound card, then make sure the speakers are connected an turned on.
	You can also use headphones instead of standard speakers.

I have to scroll from side to side in order to see the whole screen.

	Make sure your display is resolution is set to 1024 by 768
	From the Start Menu, access Settings/Control Panel/Display
	Click on the Settings tab at the far right.
	Adjust the screen area to 1024x768.
	Set the color to 16 or 32 bit.

Are quiz results factored into Black Belt certification?

No, quiz feedback is for you only. Only your project is evaluated for certification purposes.

Do I have to complete the course in-sequence?

No, you can move from anywhere to anywhere at any time. The course map bullets will be gold on pages that you have visited, and blue on pages that you have not visited.

How can I contact MoreSteam.com for additional support?

	For course support use the Support Manager which will route an email to the most appropriate resource. Support tickets are not monitored during weekends, but are actively managed during normal business hours, with a targeted turnaround time of 24 hours or less - depending on the complexity of the question.
